GERMANY: Two Dates with Miss Behavin for the Beat!

On March 20th at 11pm at the Berghauser Hof in Schwelm, and then again on March 25th at 9pm at the Schienders Landhaus in Datteln, the dynamic duo Miss Behavin (www.missbehavin.de) will be kicking up their heels for OWB 2005, and getting the rest of us on our feet too! This country band with a western twang, which turns into a quartet for some gigs, has been characterized as having "talent, sex appeal, and humor", and a check-in at their interactive website is enough to get your toes tappin', your hands clappin', and your sides laughin'.

Leslie "Miss Behavin" Morgan, who hails from Texas, plays rhythm guitar, fiddle, and generally acts as the front-woman for the outfit. Yvonne "Miss Cast" Allsop, a "little lass from Manchester", contributes a large share of musical talent, while Waldi "Where's Waldo" Jager is a one-man band in and of himself, playing keyboard, fiddle, triangle, shaker egg, mandolin, bagpipes, banjo, accordian, and singing vocals. Olaf " Show-Laf" Scherf is, according to Miss Behavin herself, Germany's best country guitarist.

Hear them for yourself live, or check out their debut CD, "First Offense". This is the second time Miss Behavin has come through for OWB, with hearts as big as Texas: we thank them for helping us to make a difference through music, and leaving us in such a sizzling, scintillating state to boot!
