USA/Los Angeles, California: March 18, 8-11pm
Kulak's Woodshed in Los Angeles will be webcasting an evening of acoustic
music on Thursday, March 18, accessible worldwide. Classic rock and music of
a spiritual and inspirational nature will be featured. Kulak's Woodshed
itself is a "labor of love" often used for charitable outreach, and does
live music/video webcasting 24/7.

March 19 2004
Spain/Tenerife: March 19, 6pm
Tenerife's OWB extravaganza, sponsored by The Paper, Pleasure Island, Power
FM Radio, and Artwork by Design, features 14 of the Island's best
entertainers--from Billy J. Lennon to The Dubliners to Gary Miller--in a
variety of musical styles as well as comedy, a raffle, and other fundraising
activities. The whole event is being webcast by Power FM radio.

Switzerland/Geneva: March 19, 9pm
CERN, the birthplace of the World Wide Web, will be webcasting an event which
features four metal bands, including the 12-year-old son of the CERN Music
Club member organizing the event. The host venue is Undertown in Geneva, and the bands include Sour Addiction (with teen drummer, Alex), Nonvoid, Pression,

Bahamas/Nassau: March 20, 2-6pm
Live-streaming of the entire 4-hour Concert for Positive Living will take
place at www.bnnplus.org . There will be links to and bios of the
musicians performing in the concert, which includes a fantastic lineup of 9
artists who will present the best in Bahamian music and spirit.

Canada/Edmonton: March 20, starting time 7pm
The Edmonton Solidarity Festival, created for OWB 2004, is being presented
by Bill Bourne and Change for Children, a nonprofit organization working on
behalf of children and communities in Latin America and the Philippines.
Plans include a live webcast, and the evening itself features a concert by
individual musicians and groups such as the Global Voices choir. For more

South Korea/Pohang: March 20, 9pm-12am
The Giant Step in Pohang, a bar which attracts members of the international
community living there, will be broadcasting its event over the Internet, at
Travelsongs.com and Nonstopdesign.com . There are 15-20 performers who have signed up already--hailing from Ireland, New York, New Zealand, Canada, and South Korea itself--and more expected.

USA/Los Angeles: March 20, 2pm
One of the events being webcast by RadioDevil has been co-produced by OWB
Global Communications Manager, Crys Spelman, and OWB performer Rich Hardesty, and will come live from Hermosa Beach in Los Angeles, CA, USA. The Lighthouse Cafe will host this event, featuring five talented performers--including Rich Hardesty, Paul Lemire, KNOCKOUT, Szylvia, and Rebound--and styles of music ranging from pop to folk to easy listening. USA/Marquette, Michigan: March 20, 7pm
The professor of a course on global communications at Northern Michigan
University, Louise Bourgault, and her students have planned a series of
events
leading up to OWB 2004, as well as a concert on March 20th and
follow-up activities. The concert will be aired on Charter Communication
Cable Systems to the upper Michigan peninsula, and there will also be a
radio broadcast featuring Malian kora player, Mady Kouyate, on public radio
station WNMU. For more information on all of these activities, as well as

Radio POWER FM will broadcast all 10 hours of "Imagine A Better World" from the Imagine Piano Bar. POWER FM 91.5 will cover Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and other Canary islands, frequencies posted on the Fuertenews website.

United Kingdom: March 19 - 21
Reptor Radio Hosts Weekend Event, March 19-20-21 (one hour each day)
Reptor Productions will produce a one-hour streamed radio show during each
day of the OWB festival, highlighting new and exclusive tracks from the top
up-and-coming artists in Wales and the greater UK. Groups and musicians include Tyson, Risky_T-shirt, Fudged, Jives Room, Chain Low, and PSST, in sets featuring rock, college/indie, pop, and electronic music. This program has been
organized by Douglas Lacey to benefit Keep A Child Alive, and can be heard worldwide.

USA/Asheville, North Carolina March 19-20-21, 6pm (19)-9pm (21) EST
RadioDevil, promoter of independent (unsigned) music and artists, and
NY-based musician, Larry Edoff, and his management will be organizing a
3-day, live Internet radio broadcast and fundraiser for the OWB festival
weekend. Independent artists will provide music downloads, CDs, and other
promotional material for the fundraising event, and listeners can make
donations at the RadioDevil website. The fun will begin at 6pm (18h) on
Friday, March 19, and run through 9pm (21h) on Sunday, March 21. Music by
OWB 2004 participating musicians, interviews, and coverage of events
worldwide will also be featured, so this is a fantastic opportunity for
listeners and participants alike to share the Beat together as one.
